This state-of-the-art facility offers comfortable and neutral spaces for us to hold meetings and is easily accessible from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, a major hub for connecting flights to destinations worldwide.
Our location in Georgia holds yet another advantage. Georgia has enacted the Georgia Uniform Mediation Act (GUMA). GUMA expressly incorporates the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law’s (UNCITRAL) Model Law on International Commercial Mediation, allowing for resolution and enforcement of mediated agreements in the 11th Circuit of the United States District Court. Georgia has a strong public policy in favor of international arbitration, and is a leader in the area of international dispute resolution. It is assuring to know that international cases with meditated settlement agreements or arbitration awards resolved in Georgia are enforced by Georgia courts.
